We’re not going to lie to you. The customer this person is talking about sounds a lot like us. We have no idea what ingredients Starbucks offers. All we do on the rare occasion we visit a store is look up at the menu and choose anything at random. That sounds a lot better than coming up with spouting recipe and size names without making sense.
One time, this person had to deal with a customer who had no idea what size to get. Then they received an order of the imaginary caramel grande. Next time, just point at the menu and grunt. It’ll get things done a lot quicker.
