We’d love it if someone could teach us how to make icing roses. Then again, we’ve never spent more than a few hours in the kitchen to learn how to use a piping bag. The point is if this guy wanted to teach anyone, they should’ve taught us, a group of people who don’t know the first thing about icing a cake.

Instead, he did the foolish thing and tried to teach a baker veteran how to do the basics. She has over 15 years in the industry, while you probably work under her. That’s not a knock at his job, but he really should’ve known who he was dealing with.
