Questionable Street Names Across the Country

The first image that pops into our head when we read Bucket Of Blood Street is the 1996 film From Dusk Till Dawn. In the movie, George Clooney and Quentin Tarantino find themselves trapped in a bar surrounded by vampires. We hope this street name has no relation to the horrifying images from the film.

The town of Holbrook, Arizona was the epitome of the Wild Wild West in the 1880s–so it’s no surprise to see the street name Bucket of Blood. Perhaps the street got its name from the results of a card game gone wrong. Or maybe the street is surrounded by bloodthirsty vampires. You never know!
