It Can Get Really Wild
Take a minute to process this image as it’s not something you’d see every day. Pictured here is an olive python feasting on a freshwater crocodile after squeezing it to death. Only in Australia, are we right? The scene was captured by kayaker Martin Muller in Mount Isa, Queensland. This entire process supposedly took five hours.
Apparently, it’s not uncommon for crocs and alligators to become python chow considering they average around 13 feet long while the crocs are only around six to nine feet long. Still, we can only imagine the sheer strength of these creatures. Nature is horrifyingly beautiful sometimes and this is one of those moments.
