Many people consider this adorable, while others may find it odd and clingy. This is unusual in the West, save for Halloween. However, significant others in South Korea are expected to dress alike and plan their outfits ahead of time before leaving home.
This might be a commitment level that most of us are unfamiliar with. Does this imply that Koreans must change their personal style while dating someone, or do you need to choose your partner based on fashion, among other criteria?
