#10: The Restaurant Is Not Liable for Seagull Theft
Seagulls are ruthless when it comes to scavenging for food. If they see something they like, they aren’t afraid to swoop in and grab it. With that being said, restaurant owners are not liable for any seagull theft that may occur once customers walk out their doors. Apparently, seagull raids happen a lot near this restaurant because they have a permanent sign explaining the situation.

Understandably, this restaurant owner can’t afford to give out refunds to customers who get robbed by a flock of seagulls. It’s every beach-goer for themselves once they pay and walk out with their food. Now that we think about it, this sign is kind of suspicious. It says, “The seagulls don’t work for us.” That’s an odd thing to say on a sign, less it was written by the seagulls themselves. This sounds like a conspiracy.
