Kirk Cameron
American actor Kirk Cameron started his career in the eighties as a child actor, and to this day, one of his most memorable roles is the role of Mike Seaver on the popular ABC sitcom Growing Pains, between 1985-1992. Fun fact: his girlfriend on the show was portrayed by actress Chelsea Noble, who eventually became Kirk’s wife.
Following his role on the popular show, Cameron became a teen idol during the late eighties and early nineties. During those years, he appeared in the films Like Father Like Son (1987) and Listen to Me (1989). His 2014 film Saving Christmas was a critical and commercial flop, titled one of the worst films in Hollywood (but hey, there’s no such thing as bad publicity, right?). Most recently, Cameron appeared in a guest role on Netflix’s Full House sequel, Fuller House.
