Apparently, “owls and bananas don’t get along.” Take a peek at the image below and judge for yourselves. This person held up a banana at an owl. Said owl unleashed its feathers in a bout of … fear? Rage? Or it’s in defense mode. We think it’s the third option. Perhaps the banana’s giving off dangerous vibes.

You never know when those potassium-riddled things will strike! Maybe owls are afraid of potassium. Or the, um, phallic nature of the banana. Or they harbor great disdain for the fact that you have to peel the banana in order to eat it. Regardless of the reasoning behind the hatred, the photo itself is pretty funny.
