It appears he’s somewhere in Italy near the canals as water surges beneath said window sill.

Seriously, this canine is living his best life. We’re trying to live vicariously through this image. Oh, to be comfortably napping in a window sill in what seems to e an Italian castle. It looks like his owners are quite wealthy. Ergo, he can be given the most lavish life a doggy can have. We’re only a little jealous.
