This adorable French bulldog is being charged with “Nonstop Staring While Being Cute.” But his owners are accusing him of making guests uncomfortable with his incessant staring … and farts. Lots of flatulence up in here. And intense gazes. Don’t forget that. We think he just likes to observe his surroundings.

How can you admonish that face? Those little legs and paws? He just wants to take it all in, including the guests. What if his toots are a direct result of his staring? Like a knee-jerk reaction or something? Regardless, he deserves a pass. Everyone farts. Everyone stares. Just like everybody hurts … sometimes.
