Tenants Tell What It’s Like Renting from an Uncaring Landlord

Water leaks from the ceiling can be a sign of serious roof problems. Even though the water drips might seem like a minor annoyance at first, there’s no telling what it can lead to. This landlord decided to ignore complaints of a leaky roof, and it was probably the last time they chose to do so.

After two weeks of hearing nothing from the landlord, the tenant woke up to find their living room in a total mess. A portion of the roof collapsed, causing the soaked insulators and soggy rafters to come crashing down. We hope this landlord learned their lesson, but we doubt it.
