The worst kind of landlords is one who try to take advantage of young and dumb college students. For instance, this landlord tried to force the college-aged tenants to put the bills under one of their names. The rent included utilities, so they suspected that the landlord was trying to force them to pay for their own water and power.

That wasn’t a part of the deal, so none of the tenants allowed the landlord to use their name. This eventually led to missed payments and the power company ultimately disconnecting the home. If they wanted electricity, they needed to put the bill under their names. What a blackmailing creep.
