Tenants Tell What It’s Like Renting from an Uncaring Landlord

A sparking outlet is never a good sign. There’s obviously something going on with the wires that need to be taken care of immediately. Worst-case scenario, the sparks ignite whatever’s back there, with the resulting flames engulfing the entire apartment. Property owners and managers need to take such issues seriously!

That’s not what this landlord did. Thankfully, the problem solved itself. By that, we mean the tenant took matters into their own hands and found a wad of something behind the wall outlet. Whatever that thing is, it looks highly flammable. The property owner should thank their lucky stars that it didn’t ignite and burn down the building.
