Tenants Tell What It’s Like Renting from an Uncaring Landlord

Here’s an example of a landlord who wasn’t “uncaring” as much as they were “clueless.” They initially promised to install a cat flap for a tenant due to security problems (whatever those were). When the tenant came back home one day, they found that the landlord had done good on his promise. Well, perhaps “good” is a bit of a stretch.

The landlord punched a hole into the wall and covered it with half a pizza box. A McCain Family Pizza Cheese & Bacon pizza box, if that matters. As you can see, the cat can easily pass into and out the door. As for the security issues mentioned earlier, this cardboard box probably didn’t solve anything.
