Located in L.A. on Wilshire Boulevard, Perino’s was founded by Alexander Perino, an Italian-American entrepreneur, in 1932. It immediately became a hit with Hollywood’s elite, welcoming Golden Age celebrity clientele.

Joan Crawford, Mae West, Marilyn Monroe, Cary Grant, Dean Martin, Alfred Hitchcock, Liz Taylor, and other famous celebs were regulars at Perino’s. The restaurant was famous for its delicious food and attention to detail—everything was always fresh, and menu items changed daily.
