Make crispy, less greasy bacon in the oven
Why do we cook bacon but bake cookies? That’s one of the questions that science has yet to answer. While our governments spend millions of dollars looking for the answer, please feel free to pop your bacon in the oven.

In fact, this is a much better way to make crispy, crispy bacon. If possible, place the bacon on top of a wire rack while baking. This will allow the fat to render off and drip onto an awaiting tray. As the bacon cooks, it loses its moisture, and fat doesn’t seep back into the meat.
