Easter Eggs Waiting to Be Found in Thrillers

If I were to tell you that Joker and the Hangover were made by the same person, would you believe me? Because they were, by Todd Phillips. Random, isn’t it? Joker has got to be one of the greater films of modern-day cinema. Joaquin Phoenix’s performance as the Joker was extremely powerful, and times a little too gruesome.

At the end of the movie, Joaquin Phoenix’s character, Arthur Fleck, is arrested by police and put in the back of a cruiser as if he is being taken away. Soon after, the cruiser is hit by an ambulance, housing Flecks’ followers. The audience doesn’t actually ever see the other side of the ambulance, but this image seems a little similar to something else doesn’t it?
