Interstellar
Like many blockbuster films about Outer space, you leave the cinema asking yourself “Uh, what just happened?” The complicated storyline played out by Matthew McConaughey and Anne Hathaway, somehow manages to perfectly combine the link between interesting entertainment and science all at once. Let’s just say that I wouldn’t mind being stuck trying to find a new inhabitable planet with Matthew McConaughey.
As they land on this new water planet they understand that it is far too close to the black hole. Matthew McConaughey and his team figure out that the black hole’s pull influences time significantly. So if you listen closely, every 1.25 seconds a tick can be heard. Each tick, compiled by the famous composer Hans Zimmer represents an entire day on earth. Is it just me or do you feel a sudden urgency to repair the planet?
