Easter Eggs Waiting to Be Found in Thrillers

If you have never seen Carrie, it is probably time that you do. Somewhat under-emphasized in the horror film world, this 1976 film by Brian De Palma is truly a thrilling masterpiece. One of those classic vintage horror films, Carrie will have you clenching your seat, and have you looking for Easter eggs.

If you are a Carrie fan, then you might already know this, but being a Hitchcock fan, De Palma paid tribute to different scores heard in Psycho, in his own thrilling masterpiece. De Palma included a violin score and called it the ‘Psycho violin’.
