Ask a Future Coworker
During the course of the interview process, it’s common to speak with management, HR, and recruiters. It’s not so common to interview with a future coworker who has a position similar to the one to which you’re applying. This person shared some sage advice that their current boss gave them to use in future interviews.
Their boss said that it’s important to ask a potential employer to set up a meeting with an employee at the company. That way, you can ask the employee how they like working at the company. It can give you a better picture of the work culture and can clue you into team dynamics in a way that management can’t.
