Reddit Users Share Red Flags That Point to a Toxic Workplace Mentality

This red flag story is so hilarious, it’s hard to believe it’s true! This person was participating in a virtual job interview and noticed something weird in the background of the interviewer’s office. The company’s office had an open floor plan, co-working vibe, so our storyteller could see other employees working in the background. 

At one point, one of the employees in the background silently mouthed, “Don’t work here,” very dramatically. Can there be another red flag that’s more obvious? We think not. Thankfully, our storyteller took the mysterious employee’s advice and did not accept the job offer. Good thing they dodged that bullet!
