Two things the United States is known for are our plethora of products and our ridiculously big chain stores. Why have a choice between two products, when you could choose from 50?! Although, it makes it harder to choose sometimes. Yes, we acknowledge that we’re out of control at times. This concept is true for our cereal selection, too.

An American cereal aisle usually has anywhere from a dozen to hundreds of different cereal brands and flavors to choose from. While this seems completely normal to your average American, people outside of the U.S. find this to be overwhelmingly unnecessary. Cereal is popular all over the world, but Americans certainly take it to the next level.
