Depictions of places on TV or in the movies are usually pretty exaggerated. When you experience a place like, say, Los Angeles, it’s a lot different than what you see on the screen. That’s not the case for one American staple: the sports bar. These loud, TV-filled bars met all of this tourist’s expectations.

The all-American sports bar is a place where sports fans gather to share a few beers and chicken wings while watching the big game. On TV, they’re usually portrayed as over-stimulating, noisy places where people wear jerseys, drink a little too much, and scream at the TV. Yeah, we can’t say that’s not accurate.
