Two Good Points
There are a lot of baffling things about American culture that make no sense to people who are on the outside looking in. Complete essays could be written about the strange things U.S. citizens accept as normal. This person kept their observations short and sweet, and they pack a punch when you read them.
This person’s mind is boggled that in the states, people have to pay a lot for higher education, and Americans deep fry everything like there’s no tomorrow. These are fair call-outs. Paying for school is stressful, but trying anything deep-fried is delicious. We hate to admit it, but nothing tastes as good as a deep-fried Oreo.
