Questionable Assumptions About America That Were Spot On

Despite all of our differences, most Americans can agree on one thing. We have truly breathtaking areas of nature that are protected by national parks. There are so many beautiful areas of the U.S. that are worth visiting, like Yosemite, the Redwood State Park, and Zion, to name a few. This tourist was pleasantly surprised to learn just how well-run our state and national parks are.

They were very impressed with how well-staffed and clean the parks were, and how beautiful the natural landscape of the U.S. is. With more than 237 million annual visitors to our national parks, we’d guess that most people would agree with them. We’re lucky we get to enjoy the great outdoors in our own, country-wide backyard.
